Dimensions: 20” x 20” Pillow Case Only.

Description: Our Kuba pillow cases are handwoven directly by us, using dried leaves from the raffia palm tree also known as Raphia Vinifera, to create the striking earth tone patterns you see. This pillow case has a black poly-cotton backing with a zipper insert for easy removal and replacement of pillow.  Pillow insert is not included.

Material/Color: Handmade from the Raphia Vinifera Tree with black poly cotton backing. Shades of Cream with black patterns and visible stitch lines.

Patterns: If purchasing multiple covers from the same design, minor shifts in patterns/cream color are to be expected as we cut these from one large cloth and the patterns woven including color dye can shift slightly in design. This is a common feature with all kuba fabric.

Shipping & Returns ( U.S & Canada ): Item ships within 3-4 business days including an automatic tracking number once order has been shipped. Any returns must be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery to U.S orders. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and non-refundable.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders directly placed on will be shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via UPS or USPS carriers. 

When will my order be shipped?

We require 3-4 business days to process all incoming orders. Once shipped, orders will typically take 4-6 business days (UPS/USPS) to arrive within the U.S. Canada orders can take up to 2 weeks pending any customs delays. 

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping given we always require 3-4 business days to properly package and box up each order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Outside of the U.S, we ship to Canada and most of the EU. If interested in one of our products with no international shipping, kindly contact us and we can accommodate your request. International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL and all shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, returned goods must be in their original condition and free of damage. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Thank you 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email used in your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder as well or contact us directly.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping. If you received a damaged item outside of the product description particularly for antique goods, then it would be our responsibility to accept the return and cover shipping costs. Please contact us via email with supporting images.
