DESCRIPTION

Intricately woven by hand with its complex organic wave design, this rare and unique style of weaving originates from Ghana and utilizes elephant grass for production. Each pendant takes on average 7-10 days for our team to produce, showing just how tedious the process can be from start to finish. The design features lattice openings that are intentional and allow light to escape beautifully without causing any harsh or bright appearance. The natural basket color in combination with a warm output bulb ( Ex: Edison Bulb) gives for a beautiful ambient and warm lighting best suited for interiors.

KIT / BULB RECOMMENDATION

- Our Wave pendant basket comes with an all black pendant hanging kit that is adjustable in length with up to 59 inches in total length.

- Voltage: AC 110V
- Bulb Recommendation: Highly recommend any Zero to Low Heat 60W compatible bulb. LED bulbs are best for this as they "do not" emit heat.

SHAPING PENDANT BASKET

The one unique thing about our wave baskets is that they are malleable and can shape easily with warm water. In the case you receive your pendant basket and its somewhat misshapen, please fear not. Simply soak the affected areas with warm water and shape with your hands. Allow basket 24 hours to fully dry and "DO NOT" hang basket pendant while wet with any power outage. This can be extremely dangerous. Practice safety please.

CARE / SAFETY

- Wipe with a damp cloth or use compressed air cans to blow off dust.
- DO NOT shape basket with water while its connected to any power output. Do this before connecting power and make sure basket is 100% dry before hand. Safety first please.

- Please allow 2-4 business days for processing order.
- Weekend or Holiday orders will be processed on the first business day.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
- We do not ship to P.O BOX addresses.
- We do not ship to HAWAII, ALASKA or Military Address.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders directly placed on www.paulskiart.com will be shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via UPS or USPS carriers. 

When will my order be shipped?

We require 3-4 business days to process all incoming orders. Once shipped, orders will typically take 4-6 business days (UPS/USPS) to arrive within the U.S. Canada orders can take up to 2 weeks pending any customs delays. 

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping given we always require 3-4 business days to properly package and box up each order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Outside of the U.S, we ship to Canada and most of the EU. If interested in one of our products with no international shipping, kindly contact us and we can accommodate your request. International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL and all shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, returned goods must be in their original condition and free of damage. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Thank you 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email used in your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder as well or contact us directly.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping. If you received a damaged item outside of the product description particularly for antique goods, then it would be our responsibility to accept the return and cover shipping costs. Please contact us via email with supporting images.
