HISTORY BEHIND OUR MASKS
Paulski Art strives to deliver collectible and authentic African masks from regions across the African continent. We examine our pieces thoroughly and do our best to photograph each section of a mask so a buyer/collector can have a full understanding of what they’re purchasing without any surprises. ABOUT MASK
Baule mask also known as Goli masks originate from West African countries that include Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire. Depictions of their masks are known to be lifelike and closely resemble their subjects compared to other African countries that typically take a more abstract approach to their masks. Baule masks are typically used in tribal dances during harvest festivals, in processions to honor guests and at funerals of highly acknowledged members. IMPERFECTIONS
Please note these are traditional/old masks. Imperfections are to be expected such as dings, broken cowrie shells and minor cracks (This is normal). We do our best to showcase the mask using as many photos as possible. Mask is in excellent condition.

HOW TO HANG/DISPLAY MASK
All our masks come with a hanging string on the rear for wall display. If you prefer displaying on a table or window bay, we advise you to look for a "Metal V Display Stand". These are also sold on Etsy and would be best to contact a seller for more information and assistance.

SHIPPING & RETURNS ( US & CANADA)
We require 3-5 days to process and package each order carefully. All shipping will be made via UPS Ground. Our return policy is strictly 14 days from the time you receive your order and confirmed as delivered. All returns are paid by the customer regardless of reason/cause. All returns must be in their original shipped condition.

If you have issues or problems with your order, we ask that you contact us directly to see if we can assist you in anyway or replace an order. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders directly placed on www.paulskiart.com will be shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via UPS or USPS carriers. 

When will my order be shipped?

We require 3-4 business days to process all incoming orders. Once shipped, orders will typically take 4-6 business days (UPS/USPS) to arrive within the U.S. Canada orders can take up to 2 weeks pending any customs delays. 

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping given we always require 3-4 business days to properly package and box up each order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Outside of the U.S, we ship to Canada and most of the EU. If interested in one of our products with no international shipping, kindly contact us and we can accommodate your request. International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL and all shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, returned goods must be in their original condition and free of damage. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Thank you 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email used in your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder as well or contact us directly.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping. If you received a damaged item outside of the product description particularly for antique goods, then it would be our responsibility to accept the return and cover shipping costs. Please contact us via email with supporting images.
